Key responsibilities of this role:

Role includes but is not limited to:
• Promotional and Packaging Design.
• Design and development of weekly email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in retouching eCommerce images.
• Flatlay creation for social media.

Skills and Experience
• Must have strong video skills to create trending content.

• Minimum 2 years experience working in the fashion industry.
• Advance understanding with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro,
Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Html coding preferred.
• Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo preferred.
• Ability to work in a team & autonomously.
• Image and Video Photography Skills.

Dispatch Coordinator

Key responsibilities of this role:
• Coordinate the warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
• Work in a team picking, packing and dispatching orders (Retail, Domestic and International) in a quality, efficient and timely manner.
• Complete basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products.
• Using the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency.
• Direct involvement with the team on the floor and daily stock management.
• Responsible for the accurate receipt and storage of inventory within the eCommerce
• Have a high level of awareness of our retail store’s stock on hand and
understanding of Policies and Procedures of loss prevention.
• Plan the workload on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, including rostering team.
• Plan in advance using a campaign calendar.
• Contribute to the development of company systems in stock management, order fulfilment, traceability and freight.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to support growth.
• Collate weekly/monthly reports and overviews to identify stock discrepancies, inventory control issues, quality control and product feedback.

Experience Required:
• A minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Effective time management skills and experience working within timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated to think outside the box and develop streamlined processes within the

Content Creator - Casual

• Create content to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts + increase sales.
• Continuous research on social media for new strategies and ideas to present to the team for implementation
• Stay up-to-date with competitors and gather ideas from various industries.
• Be familiar with new features launched on social media and research how these can be utilised by the brand.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Create content such as flat lays and lifestyle jewellery images.
• Assist in scheduling photoshoots and sourcing models and crew.
• Assist in sourcing props and clothing for photoshoots.
• Style jewellery on models for ecommerce and campaign photoshoots.

• Ensure content is on-brand and appealing.
• Design styling videos, educational videos and other engaging videos.
• Plan and execute creative content that is engaging and relatable.
• Create social posts to engage curiosity and buzz around new collections and the brand.
